Stone and Wood Homes is located in Shelly Beach Central Coast NSW and is a bespoke low volume luxury home building company. New to the area we have recently completed House one of “The Oaks” project. A 2 x luxury home project owned and built by our founder Ryan Bouris.
Having spent many a holiday on the Coast Ryan decided to move his family to the area in 2021 with aims to enjoy the family beachside lifestyle and offer his knowledge and experience to the area in the form of a new luxury home builder.

Experience
With over 19 years experience in residential construction Founder Ryan Bouris has built multiple homes over those years for both himself and clients as well as directed in Lead Forman roles on projects ranging from high-end homes, luxury duplexes and even multi story appartments. Having extensive knowledge and specialising in high-end residential construction means a house built by Stone & Wood homes can maximise the future value of your project.
